Getting Started

VenderCentral is the leader in modern e-commerce with maximum online reach and highest credibility. With more than 200+  registered customers and 102+ registered sellers, 100’s of daily page visits and the lowest cost of doing business, we are the strongest partner to take your products to customers all over Trinidad & Tobago . We have sale events that give each seller an equal opportunity to grow their business online.

Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have :

  • Registered Business – Documents would be an asset.

  • Entrepreneurs are welcome to signup.

To sell on VenderCentral:

  1. Register yourself at vendercentraltt.com/seller-membership.

  2. List your products under specific product categories.

  3. On receiving an order, pack the product in a corrugated box and or the original packaging and mark it as ‘Ready to Dispatch’. Our Delivery drivers will pick up the product and deliver it to the customer. You also have the option to deliver yourself.

  4. After your order is successfully dispatched, VenderCentral will settle your payment within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.

Currently, you can only sell products and not services on VenderCentral.

No, VenderCentral will handle shipping/delivery of your products. All you need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics team will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer.

As a seller, you will set the price of your products.

No ! Listing your products on vendercentraltt.com is absolutely free. VenderCentral does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell.

The payment will be made directly to your bank account by providing your Bank Information on signup. VenderCentral will settle your payments within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.

After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.

You are required to have a minimum of 1 listings(unique products) to start selling on VenderCentral.

Pricing & Payments

As a seller, you will set the price of your products.

The following deductions are made from the order item value:

  • Shipping fee: Calculated on the basis of the product weight and shipping location

  • Collection fee: This will vary based on order item value and customer payment mode (Linx/Cash on Delivery)

  • Fixed fee: A Global wise fee. A fixed percentage fee on all product category item.

Global Wise fee is a FIXED percentage that applies to ALL product categories.

Below is an example of the Calculative Cost 

Seller Subscription Fee:       $7.35 usd ($50 ttd per month)

Product Category:                 $2,500 ttd (Television)

VCL Fulfillment:                     $7.35 usd ($50 ttd)

Global Wise Fee:                    15%

Total Calculation=                 $2,500 + $50 + $50 = $2,210

As a seller it would be wise to adjust the cost of the product accordingly. The monthly subscription cost of $7.35usd  ($50 ttd) may only apply once per month, so the calculations  shown above would be less.

 

All payments are made through Direct Bank Deposits via (online banking). The payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 15 business days from the date of order dispatch. It’s 15 business days for All our Sellers.

Listings & Catalog

Listing a product refers to filling out all the necessary information and adding images of the product so that a customer can make an informed buying decision.

You are required to have a minimum of 1 listings to start selling on vendercentraltt.com

After successful signing up as a Seller you would given your Own Seller Store on VenderCentral. It is important to choose the most suitable category to list your product as it will help customers find your products faster. Based on the category you choose, you’ll be asked to include product details such as size, model, color, etc.

When pricing products on VenderCentral, please account for the applicable Global Marketplace Fee and include a suitable margin to arrive at the Selling Price. 

No. Listing of products on vendercentral.com is absolutely free. VenderCentral does not charge anything to you for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small Global commission fee for what you sell.

Order Management & Shipping

Our logistics team will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch.

During registration, save the details of your pin code and click on the Continue button. You will be notified via e-mail when your pin code becomes serviceable.

Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we will send you an e-mail alert. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame provided by you and inform us through the seller portal. This will alert our logistics team to pick up the product from you.
