We handle all package fulfillments via CSF Couriers Ltd & DeliveryDash Couriers. All packages are safely picked up and dropped off to all customers location.

Shipping is done on Monday to Friday with the exception of Public Holiday

Presently we have a standard charge of TT$50.00 per delivery to any stipulated part of the islands. Packages over 60lbs require confirmation with seller. Note, right now shipping is $50 site-wide.

Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 days. However, presently due to restrictions of movement based on the Coronavirus including roadworks and roadblocks, delivery is now between 3 to 7 days. We are however, doing the best that we can to get your products in the soonest possible time. 

If your order has multiple items from multiple vendors/sellers, they may be shipped from different locations resulting in shipping occurring on different dates.

Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

While most Sellers offer a returns policy, some Seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller’s return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller’s profile page.

All items MUST be returned in their original packaging to be considered for refund. These items should not have been used and any seals unbroken and intact. 

Please take special note that Jewelry, Undergarments, Customized items and Special Order items are EXEMPT from refunds.

Joining and creating a shop on VenderCentral is free IF YOU subscribe to the STARTUP plan. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.

It costs TTD 0.00 to publish a listing into the marketplace, Why ? Because to list your products is (ABSOLUTELY FREE). Once an item sells, there is a transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). If you accept payments with WiPay, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.

It’s easy to set up a shop on VenderCentral. Create a Seller account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your VenderCentral fees).

If you accept payments with WiPay, funds from your Store on VenderCentral will be deposited directly into your Bank account submitted upon registration.

Once you register we will send your fund directly into your merchant account. 
Transfers between your WiPay account to your bank account take up to 5 working days before they appear in your bank account.

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to choose one of our membership plan , We recommend the STARTUP BUSINESS PLAN which is FREE. You will not incur any Store Setup Fee or Training Fee until you open your shop and publish your listings.

VenderCentral provides a marketplace for electronics, men & women clothing, kids collection, stationary, furniture, appliances, lighting, crafters, artists and collectors etc to sell their handmade creations, vintage goods (at least 20 years old), and both handmade and non-handmade crafting supplies. Practically you can sell anything that is original and of good condition.
