Register and list your products

  • Register your business for free or choose one of our best plans on the market and create a product catalog. Get free training on how to list your products and run your online business OR have our support setup your store for you.
  • Our Support Advisors will help you at every step and fully assist you in taking your business online successfully.

Receive and view orders

  • When a customer placed an order you can view your orders, simply go to Orders in your Seller Dashboard. A list of orders appears in order of date made

From here you can do the following:

    • View orders
    • Mark as Shipped (only for Vendors)
    • Download PDF Invoice & Packing Slips easily for delivery fulfillment

Package and ship with ease

  • You have full control in making sure your order is delivered and fulfilled. Once an order is placed you will then package the item for pickup. Our Delivery Drivers within your location will get an Order notification via their Driver App.
  • Once the package is picked up, the Driver will then proceed to the customers destination. The customer will receive a UNIQUE CODE when they placed their order via email and on their "Customer App". 
  • For "Package Protection" purposes both Admin and Customers will see LIVE Tracking of the driver whereabouts. Once the driver reaches its destination the customer will present the driver with their UNIQUE CODE to complete the order.

Get payments and grow your business

  • We process store payments with WiPay Credit Card & Voucher, an external local payments platform that allows you to process transactions. Funds from your Seller Account on VenderCentral will be deposited directly into your Bank Account.

Here are some common questions about selling on VenderCentral

How do fees work on VenderCentral?

Joining and starting a shop on VenderCentral is free subscribing to the HUMMINGBIRD plan. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.

It costs TTD 0.00 to publish a listing to the marketplace, Why ? Because to list your products is (FREE). Once an item sells, there is a 5-10% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). If you accept payments with WiPay, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.

So if your bank’s currency is not TTD, the amount may differ based on changes in the exchange rate.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on VenderCentral. Create an VenderCentral account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your VenderCentral fees).

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with WiPay, funds from your Store on VenderCentral will be deposited directly into your Bank account submitted upon registration. 

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and publish your listings.

What can I sell on Martfury?

VenderCentral provides a marketplace for electronics, men & women clothing, kids collection, stationary, furniture, appliances, lighting, crafters, artists and collectors etc to sell their handmade creations, vintage goods (at least 20 years old), and both handmade and non-handmade crafting supplies.
