What are the Step by Step process?

Register & List your products
Register your business for free or choose one of our best plans on the market and create a product catalog. Get free training on how to list your products and run your online business OR have our support setup your store for you. Our Support Advisors will help you at every step and fully assist you in taking your business online successfully.
Receive and view orders
When a customer placed an order you can view your orders, simply go to Orders in your Seller Dashboard. A list of orders appears in order of date made From here you can do the following: View orders Mark as Shipped (only for Vendors) Download PDF Invoice & Packing Slips easily for delivery fulfillment
Package and ship with ease
You have full control in making sure your order is delivered and fulfilled. Once an order is placed you will then be responsible to package the item for pickup. Our Delivery Drivers within your location will get an Order notification via their Driver App. Once the package is picked up, the Driver will then proceed to the customers destination. The customer will receive a UNIQUE CODE when they placed their order via email and on their "Customer App". For "Package Protection" purposes both Admin and Customers will see LIVE Tracking of the driver whereabouts. Once the driver reaches its destination the customer will present the driver with their UNIQUE CODE to complete the order.
Get payments and grow your business
We process store payments with WiPay Credit Card & WiPay Voucher, an external local payments platform that allows you to process transactions. Funds from your Seller Account on VenderCentral will be deposited directly into your Bank Account. If you want to get your payment even faster you can signup to WiPay Personal or Business account and we will transfer from our WiPay account to your WiPay account.

WiPay Money Transfer

If you are an existing WiPay business client then we can also transfer your Total Sales to your WiPay Business account at No Charge. There are NO fees attached when transferring your funds from our WiPay account to yours.

How do fees work on VenderCentral?

Joining and creating a shop on VenderCentral is free IF YOU subscribe to the Individual plan. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.

The Sales Transaction Fee is basically the amount deducted per product sold.
EG: You have a CLOTHING STORE and

It costs TT$0.00 to publish a listing into the marketplace, plus we don't charge for product storage. Why ? Because it's much safer and easy for you to manage and storage your products in your physical store without the EXTRA cost to consolidate your products.

Once an item sells, there is a Sale transaction fee based on the Category niche your products fall under but (not including the shipping costs).

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on VenderCentral. Create a Seller account (if you don’t already have one), follow the registration process, choose your membership plan, and that's it.

Your store is now created and ready to be configured.

How do I get paid?

Funds from your Store on will be deposited directly into your Bank account submitted upon registration. The withdrawal threshold is every 15 days + 5 days working days for the process to take effect based on the bank.

For Seller that don't have a bank account your funds will be Cheque or Cash delivered by TTPOST in a Confidentiality Envelope.

What can I sell on VenderCentral?

Whether you are an INDIVIDUAL SELLER that sells (1 ITEM) or a STORE OWNER that sells (100 ITEMS) we provide a genre of categories on our marketplace for electronics, men & women clothing, kids collection, stationary, furniture, appliances, lighting, crafters, artists and collectors to sell their handmade creations, vintage goods (at least 20 years old), and both handmade and non-handmade crafting supplies. Practically you can sell anything that is original and of good condition.
